Refund Policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
RushDB Cloud is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Artemii Vereshchinskii ("RushDB", "we").
Who processes your payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, invoices, taxes and refunds on our behalf. Approved refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method.
14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund of any paid plan payment (Pro or Team) within 14 days of the payment. This covers first payments, renewals and add-on charges for extra seats or projects. No reason is required.
Usage charges
Charges for usage above your plan's allowance (storage, Smart Search, managed embeddings) are refunded in these cases:
- the charge was a billing error
- it exceeded your workspace's spend cap
- it was caused by a fault on our side
Contact us within 14 days of the charge.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Billing in the RushDB dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. After that, the workspace moves to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted because you cancel or downgrade.
Plan changes
Upgrades, interval changes and added seats or projects are prorated and charged immediately. Downgrades and removed add-ons are credited against your next payment.
Enterprise contracts
Refunds for Enterprise contracts follow the contract terms.
How to request a refund
Email billing@rushdb.com from your account email with your workspace name. You can also contact Paddle via paddle.net. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
